Talent Tier pricing is based on success, so you only incur a cost when you hire. There are no charges for clients to sign up to Talent Tier and reach out and engage with candidates on the platform.

Clients only pay when you successfully hire a candidate, or, when you purchase any additional services such as contractor management, onboarding or performance management services. There is no CAPEX, no OPEX. The pricing of Talent Tier is structured to build true partnerships and designed to achieve a win-win outcome for Talent Tier and its clients, partners and users.

Talent Tier also offers a payroll financing solution for projects that are valued up to $100 million AUD per year, with better rates than the majority of banks. Talent Tier also offers financing solutions to enable clients to pay their partners over a 2-6 months period by outsourcing the invoice to Talent Tier, where we take 100% of the credit risk unlike any other credit provider out in the market.
