In short, what is Talent Tier?
Talent Tier is a Talent and Talent Acquisition “Platform as a Service” which allows companies to be able to recruit permanent and contract staff multiple ways, either:
- By engaging them with selected specialist Recruiters;
- By allowing direct sourcing of candidates from the platform;
- By sourcing candidates using Talent Tiers unique Benching Solution;
Do Recruitment Agencies have access to the candidate profiles on the Talent Tier platform?
No! Recruitment Agencies work within a separate environment in the Talent Tier ecosystem, which does not give them access to the candidates who have uploaded their profiles.
How does the payment of fees work with Talent Tier?
Terms of Business are agreed at the beginning of our business relationship and no fees are paid until a candidate starts; Talent Tier pays the Recruiter on the client’s behalf and sends an invoice to the client for payment – employers do NOT pay Recruitment Agencies directly.
When do I receive my placement fees?
You have a few options here.
After the employer has confirmed that your candidate has started, you will receive payment from Talent Tier, 24 hours after payment is received from the client.
Alternatively, you have the option to use the Talent Tier-Hirepay facility and receive your invoice payment 24 hours after the candidate starts for a one-off fee of AUD $500.
For contractors, you also have the option to use Talent Tier-Oncore which will fund and administer your contractor payroll for a monthly charge of 2%.
What happens if the candidate doesn’t pass the guarantee period?
Working under our Terms of Business, you are obliged to honour the guarantee and replace any candidate that does not pass their guarantee period at $0 cost to the client.
Can I communicate with Clients directly?
Yes! When you agree to work on a role, your identity will be shared with the Client, and they will be able to communicate with you via the platform and all communication is via the platform.
Any engagement outside the platform contravenes the Terms of Business and is liable to a penalty of up to $2.5m to each party separately.
Will I have to agree on different terms of business for every Client?
No! Talent Tier has one single Terms of Business with you and the Client, however, if you work across multiple countries or regions, there will be an addendum with a fee structure pertaining to each individual country.
