Recruitment Agencies and Corporations primarily use LinkedIn to post jobs, for research purposes and to connect to potential candidates.

Do Recruitment Agencies have access to my profile on Talent Tier?

No! Recruitment Agencies work within a separate environment in the Talent Tier ecosystem, which does not give them direct access to the candidates who have created their profiles on Talent Tier, they only have access to the clients who select them for assignments.

How can Talent Tier ensure that my details are confidential?

As the platform is primarily for Employers to use, Recruitment Agencies are not able to view your profile, so they can’t take your details and start sending them around to companies unsolicited in the hope that somebody might be interested in you.

Employers, however, are able to view a limited version of your profile, enough to determine whether you meet their selection criteria and when they want to know more detail about you, they agree to Talent Tier business terms and your profile is made available to them with your permission.
