All Recruiters are required to interview candidates against job specifications and must submit a report as to why they believe the candidate fits the role. Talent Tier has a three strike policy written into its Terms of Business with Recruiters.

Will I have to agree on different terms of business for every Recruiter that I choose to engage with?

No! Talent Tier has one single Terms of Business with you and the Recruiters that are engaged through the Talent Tier platform work under the same terms of business.
